Who this policy covers
This policy describes CodexContinue, its project pages on pcaffinity.com, and support communications with CloudD901. Contact support@pcaffinity.com for questions or privacy requests.
Plugin data and Codex processing
CodexContinue has no publisher-operated plugin backend, telemetry, or analytics. It does not send your chat history, source code, account credentials, or usage information to CloudD901 as part of the plugin workflow.
The native workflow uses tools supplied by your Codex host to identify chats, read account usage/reset information, and save schedules and continuation prompts. Those operations, chat processing, and any resulting project work are handled by your Codex host and OpenAI account under their own settings and policies. This policy does not govern OpenAI’s processing.
Chat identifiers, project context, schedule times, and custom prompts may be retained by the host. Use its available chat, schedule, account, and privacy controls to manage that information. The plugin does not have a separate copy held by the publisher.
Optional local script files
If you use the Windows CLI scripts, task requests are stored under requests/ next to the scripts. They include the continuation prompt, chat ID, project path, and scheduled time. Execution writes logs and results under runs/<runId>/; these may include project content and model/tool output.
The scripts do not upload these files to a publisher server or automatically delete them. The Codex CLI sends and processes the continuation through your configured Codex account/provider. Protect the local directory and remove request/log files when they are no longer needed. Separately remove unwanted Windows tasks; deleting a log does not cancel a scheduled task.
Website access and support
These static project pages do not add analytics, tracking scripts, advertising, or a collection form. Ordinary website hosting/access logs may record information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and response status for site operation, diagnostics, and security. Such logs follow the existing hosting configuration; no new fixed deletion period is promised.
If you contact support, CloudD901 receives the email address and information you choose to send. Correspondence is used to respond to and handle your request and is retained as needed for that purpose. Email providers process correspondence as part of delivering and storing email. Do not send account passwords, access tokens, or unredacted sensitive logs.
Sharing and your choices
There is no plugin telemetry collected by the publisher to sell or share. Website and support information is processed as needed by the services used to operate the site and email, and may be disclosed when required by applicable law.
You may ask about or request deletion of support information by emailing support@pcaffinity.com. Requests will be handled subject to the information available, operational needs, and applicable requirements; this policy does not promise a specific response or deletion deadline. Host-managed information is controlled through the relevant host/account, and local script files are controlled on your device.
